We have had a great Spring break and busy Easter. The Easter bunny must have had a hole in his sack, because there were lots of little chocolate eggs dotting a pathway to our breakfast area. Hot cross buns were toasted and served during the peak breakfast hours. It was a happy hopping breakfast which everyone seemed to be enjoying. It was nice to see guests making friends with other guests over breakfast.
New since last summer, we now have Belgian waffles with good old Canadian maple syrup, served on weekends, Tues and Thurs. So if you are a waffle lover, plan to get up early to make sure you get some. They are popular go fast.
